Dear Team
The daily challenges that you meet each day and the value of the work that you do is never far from the minds of the management team and our Board of Directors. We want to ensure that our path of innovation and growth is coupled with streamlined systems and processes, to create the most efficient and logical working environment for everyone.
It is with all this in mind that we have engaged the services of Honestally to conduct an Organisation Health Check. Honestally is headed by Managing Director Darcy Inglis, who has a strong background in medical practice management and business services.
Over the next few months and beyond, Darcy and his team will be working with all of us to review how our organisation is structured, what business we do and how we do it, and where we can improve. You will be seeing and/or hearing from Darcy and his colleagues as the project progresses. They may ask you questions about what you do, how you do it, the systems and processes you use, and documenting information so we can identify where improvements can be made.
They will also help support all of us through the transition of Simon’s departure, and assist us to navigate any changes that we might make as a result of the project.
There will be opportunities for you to provide honest, direct and constructive feedback about your work, what’s good, bad and ugly, what we do well, where we can improve, issues that you think we need to solve. This project is not only about the ‘nuts and bolts’ of the business, but it is also about our people and our culture - and how we can all work together towards common goals.
I would like to emphasise that this project is being undertaken to identify ways in which our roles and our company can grow and improve, bringing our work together to achieve the innovation and service we can offer to the community.
Participation in the project is not mandatory, but the value of the Organisation Health Check project will be realised by the contribution that each of us makes, and so I ask that each of us gives Darcy and his team a warm welcome, and to please extend courtesy and help when it is asked. The more we help them, the better the help, advice and support Honestally can provide to us.
Thank you again for the work that you do. I am excited to see this project unfold and the benefits that can flow from this review for all of us.
Dr Mark Baldock
Director
