Your Hobart Health has engaged a management consultancy firm called Honestally (honest-ally) to conduct an organisation health check.
What is an organisation health check?
An organisation health check is a review of the entire company to understand in detail what the business does, how it does it and where improvements can be made so the business can fulfil its vision of the future.
The review will cover the:
structure of the organisation (relationship between business entities, employment roles)
document substantive business processes
review IT resources and implementation
explore how Hobart, Biloela and Pharmacy can all be integrated together
The Pulse Project is there to take the pulse of the organisation, diagnose any issues, and provide a path to improved health.
The review coming out of the Pulse Project will identify improvements that can be made across:
governance, policies and risk management
business systems and processes that can be rationalised or made more efficient
employment roles that are needed, or designed better and properly resourced
The Pulse Project has been commissioned by the Directors of Your Hobart Health and will be undertaken by Honestally, headed by their Managing Director Darcy Inglis.
